Gleeson Homes appoints new Operations Director for its Greater Manchester & Merseyside region
Gleeson Homes, the affordable high-quality housebuilder, announces the appointment of Gareth Roberts as its new Operations Director for the Greater Manchester & Merseyside region.
With over 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, Gareth previously held key roles at Keepmoat Homes and Taylor Wimpey. As Regional Managing Director at Keepmoat Homes, Gareth was instrumental in doubling the region's output from approximately 350 homes per annum to over 700. Under his leadership, the region achieved the Home Builders Federation (HBF) 5 Star Award status during his last three years. Prior to this, Gareth was the Finance Director at Taylor Wimpey for 14 years.
In his new role at Gleeson Homes, Gareth will focus on building a strong, cohesive team and streamlining operations to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality affordable homes. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and building on Gleeson’s scalable model, Gareth’s aim is to drive operational growth and ensure the Greater Manchester and Merseyside region is seen as an attractive and successful place to work, buy from, and collaborate with.
