All Gleeson homes are built using modern construction methods, with a new boiler or air source heat pump technology, and modern insulation materials. All this combined ensures our homes are far more efficient than a second-hand home, meaning you will ultimately save money on your running costs.

According to latest figures published by the HBF (House Builders Federation) in the report titled ‘Watt a Save', buyers of new build properties will save an average of £2,200 a year on their energy bills, compared to buyers of older properties. What’s not to like about that?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, or you’re not completely satisfied, your warranty ensures you’re protected. Now, that’s something you wouldn’t get when buying a second-hand home!

You could make use of Shared Ownership~, where you can buy a share of your chosen new home and just pay monthly rent on the part you don’t own. Discover more here.
