Gleeson takes on Three Peaks and raises over £2,300 for Zarach

Gleeson Homes has raised more than £2,300 for its chosen charity partner, Zarach, after a team of colleagues successfully completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.

Ten Gleeson colleagues, joined by four friends, took on the iconic 24-mile route across Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, tackling demanding terrain and putting their endurance to the test in support of the charity.

Thanks to generous donations from colleagues, friends, family and supporters, the team raised more than £2,300 for Zarach, helping to support the charity’s work with children and families living in poverty.

The challenge brought colleagues together around a shared goal, demonstrating determination, teamwork and resilience while raising vital funds for a cause close to Gleeson’s heart.

The fundraising forms part of Gleeson’s ongoing commitment to supporting charities and communities, with colleagues across the business regularly taking part in fundraising and volunteering activities to make a positive difference beyond housebuilding

“The Yorkshire Three Peaks was certainly a challenge, but an incredibly rewarding one. Seeing ten of us from Gleeson, alongside four friends, come together, push ourselves and raise more than £2,300 for Zarach made every step worthwhile. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported us along the way. It was a brilliant day; made even better by the people we shared it with and knowing that our efforts will help make a real difference to children and families.”
