Additional Fees

This page provides details of additional fees which will apply to your Gleeson Homes purchase. By adding these fees to the list price of your chosen property (plus any optional extras which you select), you will be able to work out the total price of your new Gleeson Home.

The following additional fees will be payable by you on legal completion:

Depending on your individual circumstances, other fees may apply and we have set out some examples below:

• Stamp Duty (SDLT): The amount payable depends on the price of your new Gleeson Home and your individual circumstances. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/stamp-duty-land-tax for further information about how this will be calculated.
• Legal fees: These can vary and you should speak with your chosen solicitor.
• Mortgage arrangement/administration fee: Again, this is variable and you should speak with your chosen mortgage broker.
• Searches: For expediency, our solicitors will offer to provide you with a full search pack and the cost of this will be shown on your reservation agreement. The cost of the pack varies between developments but, typically, costs range from £230 to £310. You are not obliged to accept this offer and you may decide to procure your own searches, in which case your solicitor will confirm the cost.
• Moving fees: To be confirmed by your chosen removal company
