Transport

The development is just two miles from the village of Cottingham and the centre of Hull is just over four miles away. There is a bus stop adjacent to Dane Park with regular services to the city centre, Cottingham and Beverley. Hull Paragon Interchange is a 20 minute drive away and offers regular services to Leeds, Manchester and London. Beverley railway station is 6.5 miles from Dane Park, linking the development with York, Sheffield, Bridlington and Scarborough. There are also excellent road links via the A1079 and M62.

Schools

There are a number of nurseries and primary schools close to Dane Park. Little Acorns Day Nursery and Thorpepark Academy's nursery school are both a five minute drive from the development. Thorpepark Academy and St. Anthony’s Academy are within one mile of Dane Park and provide primary education for children between the ages of 2 and 11. Secondary education is provided by Sirus Academy North, a twenty minute walk away. England's 14th oldest university, the University of Hull is just two miles from Dane Park.
