The development is just two miles away from the village of Cottingham and Hull city centre is just over four miles away. There is a bus stop adjacent to Dane Park with regular services to Hull city centre. Hull Paragon Interchange Train Station is a 20 minute drive away and offers regular services to London, Manchester and Leeds. There are excellent road links via the A1079, M62 and A15.
