Gleeson’s Canal Walk development in Hapton to launch refurbished show homes and sales centre
Gleeson Homes will launch its refurbished show homes and sales centre at Canal Walk located in Hapton, Burnley to the public on Saturday 21st May 2022.
With four revamped show homes, all with refreshed interiors and new fittings, customers can see for themselves beautifully furnished examples of some of Gleeson’s most popular house types, including the two bedroom semi-detached Cork, three bedroom semi-detached Tyrone, three bedroom detached Kilkenny and the three bedroom detached Kildare.
The four show homes will be viewable by appointment, Thursday to Monday.
Canal Walk launched in summer 2017 with the promise of providing 202 affordable, quality new homes for local people. Almost four years since opening Gleeson has moved in 148 new homeowners, with the development now having only a quarter of its homes left to sell. 68% of residents are first-time buyers, of which 34% previously lived with family and 23% were in private rented accommodation.
Canal Walk is close to both the M65 and M66 motorways being perfectly located for commuters to Burnley, Blackburn and Manchester, and Hapton train station is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
Adjacent to the Leeds Liverpool canal, and surrounded by green fields, residents of Canal Walk also benefit from stunning countryside views and walks on their doorstep.
