Gleeson unveil brand new show homes in Middlesbrough
Gleeson Homes has recently opened three stunning new show homes on phase two of its well-established Acklam Gardens development in Middlesbrough.
To celebrate the launch of the show homes, Gleeson invited Paul Clarke, Head of Planning at Middlesbrough Council along to officially open the show homes with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Featuring some of Gleeson’s most popular house types, there are three, three bedroom show homes including the semi-detached Tyrone, semi-detached Woodford and the detached Brandon all complete with gardens and off-street parking.
Neil Reaney, Operations Director for Gleeson Tees Valley said: “I was delighted to have the opportunity to be part of my first show home opening in only my first week in the business. The team had done a tremendous job in bringing the show homes together and we had some very encouraging feedback from Paul Clark on the development, the Tees Valley region as well as the quality of our product.”
Prices on the development start at £108,995 for a two bedroom home, with homes available to purchase using the Governments Help to Buy: Equity Loan, requiring just a 5% deposit.
Acklam Gardens is nestled within a well-established residential area of Middlesbrough. Located in a great spot just one and a half miles from Middlesbrough town centre and within easy reach of the picturesque North East coast. Gleeson has two other popular developments in the Middlesbrough area; College Gardens, situated just off Cargo Fleet Lane and Boro Park, located on Hutton Road.
A unique housebuilder, Gleeson builds high quality, affordable homes, for people that need them the most, in the areas that they want to live throughout the North and Midlands. This development by Gleeson brings to the area a whole host of employment opportunities for local people, sub-contractors and young people looking to start an apprenticeship in construction.
Gleeson’s Sales Office at Acklam Gardens is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
