Gleeson completes purchase of new site in Nottinghamshire
Gleeson Homes, the affordable high-quality housebuilder, has completed on the purchase of a 5.18-acre site in Misterton, Nottinghamshire.
The site, which received planning permission approval for 48 new homes in September 2023, will be named Mynster Fields and will feature 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, along with eight shared equity bungalows, addressing the local demand for housing.
Construction is set to begin later this year, with the first homes expected to be available for sale in early 2025.
Gleeson will continue to roll out its Community Matters Programme, supporting local schools, sport teams, charities and businesses, while also contributing to job creation in the community.
