Gleeson unveils two brand-new show homes at The Homesteads in Goldthorpe
Gleeson Homes, the leading high-quality affordable housebuilder, has opened the doors of two brand-new show homes at its latest development in Goldthorpe, The Homesteads.
On Saturday 12th April, Gleeson’s South and West Yorkshire region officially opened the doors to its new sales centre and show homes at its recently launched development in Goldthorpe. The show homes at the development include Gleeson’s 3-bedroom detached Milford and 4-bedroom detached Dublin, expertly designed in collaboration with Blocc Interiors.
The development, which comprises an array of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and 2-bedroom bungalows, includes a variation of Gleeson’s render and stone elevation. All homes are built with an improved specification, incorporating anthracite windows, as well as turf to the front and rear gardens as standard, and additional fencing upgrades.
Demonstrating Gleeson’s commitment to building future-proof, energy-efficient homes, all homes also come with an EV charger and air source heat pump technology installed.
Selected plots at the development come with a variety of schemes and incentives. These include Part Exchange, ideal for second steppers with a home to sell, and Gleeson’s 5% deposit contribution, which helps buyers increase their deposit for a new home or reduce the time needed to save for a deposit.
