The development, named Castle Meadows, spans 19 acres and will feature a mix of 2, 3, ,4 and 5 bedroom homes. The site boasts gorgeous views of the picturesque Lake District and is ideally situated close to excellent community links including being within walking distance of two outstanding Ofsted-rated schools. Gleeson expects to open its show homes and launch sales towards the end of this year.

As with all Gleeson developments, a couple earning the National Living Wage will be able to purchase a home on this development. Gleeson expects the site to be popular with a range of different customer demographics, from first-time buyers to second-steppers and downsizers, with homes prices due to start from around £189,995.
