Gleeson Homes appoints Midlands Sales Director
Gleeson Homes, the leading high quality affordable housebuilder, is delighted to announce the appointment of Alastair Hart as Regional Sales Director for the Midlands.
Alastair has over 25 years of sector experience, having spent 20 years working in estate agencies where he honed his skills for driving sales and effectively managing teams. Alastair then moved to Persimmon Homes where he supported with the opening of the South Yorkshire region, established a strong sales function and delivered competitive rates of annual completions. Following this, Alastair moved to Avant Homes where he was Managing Director for the Yorkshire region.
In this newly created role, Alastair will be focused on developing the Midlands sales teams as the region continues to provide opportunities for growth. He will leverage his years of industry experience to ensure the region achieves a favourable lead generation to conversion ratio, and implement enhanced sales processes in line with the Company’s growth ambitions.
