Our new homes in Barnsley are ideally located for families, with several schools located nearby. For younger children, Athersley South Primary School is a 2-minute drive away, while Laithes Primary School is about three minutes from the development.

Secondary schools in the area include Holy Trinity Catholic and Church of England School, just four minutes away, and Outwood Academy Carlton, which is around a six-minute drive. Barnsley College and Barnsley Sixth Form College are also close by, both located around five minutes from the development.

Those living at Primrose Park will benefit from access to a wide range of local amenities. Supermarkets including Morrisons, Asda, and Lidl are all within a short driving distance, along with convenience stores like Tesco Express and One Stop. 

You’ll also find a range of readily available healthcare services, such as Genesis Dental Care and Lloyds Pharmacy. Barnsley town centre, just a short drive away, offering pubs, takeaways, libraries, medical centres, dental practices, high-street retailers, boutiques and a post office.

Barnsley town centre is around five minutes away from our new build homes in Barnsley. Here you will discover a whole host of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants, The new Glassworks complex, which boasts a Cineworld and Superbowl, and the Metrodome Leisure Complex.
