Our Smooth Move scheme is designed to take the stress and hassle out of selling your existing home whilst saving you some of the cost too, allowing you to move into your beautiful new Gleeson home as quickly as possible.

There's a few steps involved

When you take advantage of the Smooth Move scheme, you will be referred to the New Homes Group, the UK’s leading assisted move provider. The New Homes Group will arrange for up to three local estate agents to value your home. The valuation is free and their advice is independent, (an Energy Performance Certificate will be required). Once you’re happy with the agreed valuation, two local estate agents will be chosen to market your home and The New Homes Group will work closely with the chosen agents to monitor performance, ensuring a speedy sale. While this is ongoing, we can’t hold a plot for you, but rest assured, our helpful Sales Executives will be on hand to help you reserve a Gleeson home once your existing home is sold.

Once it is sold, and you have reserved your dream Gleeson home, the New Homes Group will help with processing your sale, and managing your chain.

Following that, when you have legally completed on your stunning new Gleeson home, Gleeson will liaise with the New Homes Group and pay up to £3,000 of your estate agent fees.
