Yorkshire team strengthened with senior land appointment
Gleeson Homes has further strengthened its Yorkshire team with the appointment of Stuart Mapp as Senior Land Manager, supporting the housebuilder's continued expansion across the region.
Stuart joins Gleeson from Crest Nicholson, where he held the role of Senior Land Manager. He brings extensive expertise in land acquisition, promotion and planning, alongside a proven track record of securing and delivering both open market and partnership-led residential developments.
Stuart, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry, began his career with Wilcon Homes and has also held senior positions at Keepmoat Group, Redrow Homes and Avant Homes.
In his new role, Stuart will work closely with the regional land team and colleagues across the wider Yorkshire business to identify and secure both short and medium-term sites, together with strategic land opportunities, helping to drive Gleeson's growth plans and deliver more affordable, high-quality homes across the region.

Stuart will be based at Gleeson's recently refurbished 4,327 sq ft Yorkshire office, located just outside Leeds city centre, which serves as a hub for the region's growing team as the business continues to expand across Yorkshire.
