Mayor of Boston opens Gleeson’s show homes at Saxon Grange

Housebuilder Gleeson Homes has welcomed the Mayor of Boston Councillor Frank Pickett and the Mayoress Mrs Sandra Pickett to Saxon Grange in Boston, Lincolnshire to officially open its new sales centre and show homes.

After a short introduction by Allen Marshall, Regional Managing Director, and Bryan Simpson, Divisional Managing Director, the Mayoral party enjoyed a tour of the 2 bedroom semi-detached Cork, 3 bedroom semi-detached Fergus and 3 bedroom detached Kilkenny show homes.  

The Mayor had previously visited Saxon Grange in August last year, where he took part in a bricklaying ceremony to celebrate the first slabs being completed prior to release for sale. As a retired builder, the Mayor was keen to visit the development as it progressed and was delighted to return to open the show homes.

Saxon Grange in Boston is Gleeson’s first development in South Lincolnshire and will comprise of 85 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

This development by Gleeson brings to the area a whole host of employment opportunities for local people, sub-contractors and young people looking to start an apprenticeship in construction.
