Stunning show homes at Dane Park development on Dane Park Road, Hull

Children from St Anthony’s Voluntary Catholic Academy joined the Deputy Lord Mayor of Hull in officially opening four stunning show homes at Gleeson’s Dane Park development on Dane Park Road, Hull.

Yorkshire-based house builder Gleeson welcomed the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Lynn Petrini and her consort, Mr Graham Petrini along with pupils from local primary school, St Anthony’s to the official opening at its £16m Dane Park development on Dane Park Road.  The children greeted the Deputy Mayor on her arrival to this festive engagement, singing Christmas Carols.

Dane Park first opened in April 2018, with many homes already being sold and occupied on the site.

The Deputy Mayor was impressed with the development and the regeneration that Gleeson has brought to the area.

Gleeson Operations Director Lee Kirkland said:

Buyers are often surprised at just how affordable our homes are. For instance, prices at Dane Park start at just £105,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home.

Recently voted the most sustainable company in the UK due to its use of environmentally friendly materials, such as gravel on driveways, Gleeson also implements its Community Matters programme on all its developments throughout the North of England, dedicating itself to making a difference in the community.  The Company aims to provide job opportunities for local people and subcontractors as well as offering apprenticeship schemes and providing sponsorship for local junior sports teams.
