Gleeson’s new partnership with leading Mystery Shopping provider, Performance in People
Gleeson Homes, the leading high-quality affordable housebuilder, has partnered with Performance in People, the UK’s largest mystery shopping company, as part of its strategic focus on broadening its customer proposition.
Performance in People is the largest UK mystery shopping company delivering high-volume, multi-product customer experience programmes to some of the world’s leading brands across a wide range of industries.
Following Gleeson’s results for the year ended 30 June 2023, the business has identified clear growth opportunities which will help to strengthen its positioning within the market. To further support this, Gleeson continues to invest in the performance of its marketing and sales teams, who interact with customers on a day-to-day basis, to ensure a strong brand positioning.
Investment from Gleeson includes re-launching its customer-focused training programme, led by Gleeson’s recently appointed Sales and Product Trainer Daisy Flint, along with Group Head of Customer Relations, Amy Wright. This initiative very much aligns with what the strategic partnership with Performance in People aims to deliver. The programme will also feed into sales training needs and show what excellence can look like, ensuring Gleeson delivers a 5* customer service, every time.
