Gleeson unveils new show home at Cooper’s Meadow in Hunmanby
A new show home has been unveiled at Gleeson’s Cooper’s Meadow development in Hunmanby, where the first homes have been released onto the market.
On Saturday 23rd August, Gleeson’s East Yorkshire team officially opened the sales centre and show home at its brand-new development by the sea. The show home at the development features Gleeson’s three-bedroom Calry house style.
During the unveiling, visitors were able to speak to the sales team about the homes available and Gleeson’s commitment to the local area, with more than 20 people attending the event and lots of interest in the development and what’s to come.
Comprising an array of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes, Cooper’s Meadow is situated less than four miles from Filey, making it an ideal location for those seeking a new home by the sea.
All homes at the development will come with Gleeson’s enhanced standard specification, with garden upgrades including full fencing, turf to the front and rear gardens and an outside tap. All homes also come with an EV charger and air source heat pump technology installed.
Cooper’s Meadow will feature 44 homes in total, with prices starting from £215,995 for a 3-bedroom semi-detached home. Coming soon to the development, a select number of homes will also be available through the First Homes scheme, offering homes to first-time buyers at a discount of 30% compared to the market price, demonstrating Gleeson’s commitment to delivering Affording Housing where it’s needed.
