Gleeson releases the first homes for sale at its new developments in County Durham
Gleeson is proud to announce the first homes for sale across two exciting new developments in the North East: Rivers Walk in Stanley and All Saints in Ferryhill.
Both launches mark a significant milestone in Gleeson’s commitment to delivering affordable, high-quality homes across County Durham.
Rivers Walk will feature a collection of 59 homes in total, including 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses and 2-bedroom bungalows, while All Saints will comprise 153 homes offering a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes. Both developments will include a selection of Discount Market Sale homes, helping local residents take their first steps onto the property ladder.
Situated in practical locations, both Rivers Walk and All Saints offer excellent transport links and easy access to local amenities, reflecting Gleeson’s dedication to building communities in well-connected areas.
To celebrate the launch, Gleeson hosted its first-ever Behind the Build event in the region, inviting guests to walk the sites and experience the developments first-hand before the official opening of the sales centres and show homes later this year. The event offered prospective buyers a unique opportunity to explore the developments and meet the team behind the build. The event was attended by numerous visitors, bringing lots of interest and excitement around what’s to come
Constructed using modern building methods and equipped with energy-saving features as standard, Gleeson homes are designed to be both sustainable and cost-effective. 96% of Gleeson homes achieve an EPC rating of B or above, helping homeowners save on energy bills.
Available homes at Rivers Walk are currently being sold from Gleeson’s Castledene development in Consett, while All Saints is selling from Gleeson’s Bracks Farm development in Bishop Auckland. Visitors are encouraged to make an appointment with the sales team to learn more about these exciting new communities.
“It was a pleasure to welcome visitors to our first ever Behind the Build event, offering a first look at the homes coming soon across our developments in County Durham. With many more sites due to launch this year and a committed team, we look forward to showcasing our high-quality, affordable homes in locations where additional housing supply is most needed.”
“The launch of our two new developments, All Saints in Ferryhill and Rivers Walk in Stanley will help strengthen the Gleeson brand in County Durham. The developments will offer a fantastic choice of homes, making them suitable to a wide range of buyers.
