
Gleeson partners with Livin Housing to deliver new affordable homes development in Ferryhill
In collaboration with Livin Housing, Gleeson is set to deliver a new Affordable housing development in Ferryhill.
Phase two of Gleeson’s All Saints scheme will provide 53 homes for social rent and rent to buy. Phased completions are scheduled to take place between Summer 2026 and Spring 2027.
The development will include a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, as well as 2-bedroom bungalows, designed to meet a wide range of needs. All homes will feature modern layouts and be fitted with Air Source Heat Pumps, helping residents reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
This collaboration combines Livin’s expertise in social housing with Gleeson’s experience in building high-quality, cost-effective homes that are affordable to everyone. Through this strategic partnership with Livin Housing, Gleeson is proud to be delivering much-needed Affordable housing in Ferryhill.
