Gleeson and BLOCC Interiors collaborate to revamp show homes at Middlestone Meadows
Gleeson Homes reopened three beautifully revamped show homes at its Middlestone Meadows development in Middlestone Moor, Spennymoor.
The refreshed show homes include the 4 bedroom detached Carlow, the 3 bedroom detached Kilkenny and the 3 bedroom semi-detached Tyrone.
A successful relaunch weekend attracted strong visitor numbers, resulting in one reservation and further interest building. Gleeson is delivering 309 homes in total at its Middlestone Meadows development, comprising of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and detached homes.
Gleeson collaborated with BLOCC INTERIORS to reimagine the interiors. BLOCC, established in 2009, specialises in high-end residential interiors for developers and private clients and provides bespoke design solutions for show homes, marketing suites and turn-key packages. Their designs highlight Gleeson’s newly upgraded standard specification, which at Middlestone Meadows includes various internal fixtures and also externally turf to the front and rear gardens, full six-foot timber fencing, an outside tap and a gate.
