Deputy Mayor opens new show homes in Middlesbrough

Brand new show homes at the popular Boro Park development

Gleeson was joined by the Deputy Mayor of Middlesbrough, Councillor Antony High and Head of Planning for Middlesbrough Council, Paul Clarke for the opening of the brand new show homes at the popular Boro Park development.  The £11 million project consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with prices starting from just £103,995.

Gleeson’s Operations Director Dan Levington and Sales Manager Natalie Bailey took the guests around the brand new show homes.  The Deputy Mayor of Middlesbrough, Councillor Antony High commented, “I am very impressed with how affordable the homes are for local people. We are committed to supporting good quality housing developments that meet the needs of local people who want to own a home of their own.”

Natalie Bailey, Sales Manager for Gleeson said:

Our new homes are proving really popular with local people due to their affordable prices and mortgage repayments are often cheaper than local rent levels.  All our houses include a driveway and front and rear gardens and we also offer a range of schemes to assist first time buyers, such as the Government backed Help to Buy.  Boro Park is perfect for buyers looking to live close to shops, schools and other amenities.

In addition to promoting home ownership to local young people and helping them to get onto the property ladder Gleeson is dedicated to making a difference in the community, by providing job opportunities for local people, offering apprenticeship schemes and providing sponsorship for local junior sports teams.

The Sales Office and Show Homes at Boro Park are open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm. Find out more information on Boro Park.
