College Gardens first legal completion
The Gleeson Team in Tees Valley is delighted to welcome the first homeowners to its College Gardens development in Middlesbrough.
Key Workers Chloe McPherson and Ryan Coulthard along with their son, are the first to collect the keys to their first family home together. The couple fell in love with College Gardens because of its perfect location and great value for money.
Chloe is one of our NHS heroes currently working as a student nurse, while scaffolder Ryan is helping to get the UK building again. They have a young son together and in their spare time they both love to be out and about socialising with friends and family.
When asked about their experience with Gleeson, Chloe said:
The Sales Team and Site Manager Terry have been very helpful, we absolutely love our new home and garden and we are looking forward to enjoying it with our son this summer.
College Gardens is a development of 106, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi and detached homes all with parking and gardens. Prices start from only £93,995 and the Government backed Help to Buy scheme means that many of these homes will be cheaper to buy than local rent levels and with just 5% deposit required.
The development brings job opportunities for local people and subcontractors, and currently has an apprentice bricklayer from the local area working on site, as well as other employees from nearby.
Gleeson boasts a unique position in the housebuilding sector, building high quality, low cost homes, for people on low to medium incomes in the North and Midlands.
Gleeson homes are ideal for first-time buyers and when comparing the cost of mortgages with local rent prices, often fare considerably better and are sold at typically 20% below the average market price making them an ideal long-term investment.
