Rebecca said: “Before purchasing our current home, we lived in military accommodation provided by the RAF – an old 2-bedroom semi-detached house with minimal storage space. Despite the low monthly rental cost of £300, the size of our Gleeson home is more than double what we had before. The value for money is evident, and we are thrilled with our new living space - it’s a dream to be where we are now!

Despite not living close to any friends or family, we chose this particular location because it’s within 30 minutes of my husbands RAF base, whilst also being far enough away to avoid hearing planes going off everyday! Sutterton is also a beautiful village that has great links that can get us down to friends and family with ease.
“We liked the ease of a new build as it can be built to how you like from the get-go rather than having a huge renovation project. With having a toddler, buying new was ideal for us as we could just move straight in rather than into a building site.
“The Sales team at Harriers Croft impressed us by keeping us well informed and providing updates ahead of our solicitors. Even now after completion, we’ve found that should we have any questions or issues, the team are attentive and quick to respond. Despite facing challenges with our solicitors, Gleeson excelled in providing reassurance throughout the process.
“Since Oliver serves in the RAF, we were able to take advantage of the Armed Forces discount and the first-time buyer scheme provided by Gleeson. We were delighted when the Sales Executive also proposed a £5,000 contribution towards our deposit. We were also very fortunate to have my husband's parents provide a gifted deposit towards our house.
“We were determined to find a home that met all our long-term needs instead of having to relocate within the next five years. The Waterford fulfilled our requirements with a spacious garden, utility room, en-suite, and garage – it's everything we desired and more!”
