Moving into a brand-new home is an exciting milestone as you’ll be the first person to live there and put your very own stamp on the place! 

There are so many ways that you can personalise your new home from the moment we start to build it for you. Our optional extras give you the flexibility to design your home, your way, with a choice of integrated appliances, carpets, flooring, tiling, kitchen units and worktops*.

From interior design features to the more practical options such as alarm systems and additional power supply points, there’s plenty to choose from, completely tailored to your needs.

Enjoy lower energy bills

New build homes are known to be far more energy efficient when compared to existing properties. All Gleeson homes are built using modern construction methods, with a new boiler or air source heat pump technology as standard, and modern insulation materials. All this combined ensures our homes are far more efficient than a second-hand home, meaning you will ultimately save money on your running costs.

According to latest figures published by the HBF (House Builders Federation) in the ‘Watt a Save' report, new build homes are found to be up to 65% more energy efficient than an existing property, saving homeowners up to £165 a month in energy bills. That's a saving of over £1,980 a year!

This creates a better structure for keeping heat in, ensuring you’re cosy and warm when it’s cold outside and at the same time helping to keep your energy bills low which is important to us all!

The NHBC carry out key stage inspections throughout the build process alongside our internal inspection processes, to ensure quality is exactly as it should be before key release.

Our commitment to quality and service doesn’t stop once we hand over your keys. You’ll receive a two-year Gleeson warranty, backed by the NHBC, plus a further eight years of insurance cover from the NHBC to give you absolute peace of mind and comfort right from the moment you move in.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, or you’re not completely satisfied, your warranty ensures you’re protected. Now, that’s something you wouldn’t get when buying a second-hand home!
