In recognition of the important contributions key workers make to society, we offer an incentive of £1,500 to key workers, towards those finishing touches when personalising their new Gleeson home.
Key workers, often referred to as essential workers, are individuals who provide vital services to society, such as healthcare professionals, teachers, police officers, firefighters, and other public sector employees.
If you’re a key worker and considering taking your first steps onto the property ladder, or planning your next move, we will give you £1,500 towards additional extras to further personalise your new home.
Which industries qualify me for the scheme?
To benefit from our Key Worker Scheme, you must work in one of the following industries:
- NHS
- Police Force
- Fire Service
- Environmental Service
- Education
- National Highway
- Ministry of Justice
- Ministry of Defence
- Prison and Probation Service
- Local Authority

This offer is available from 1st July 2023 and is exclusive to key workers who are included within specified industries, subject to lender conditions. If this exclusive key worker offer is used in conjunction with another Gleeson offer, the purchaser(s) must contribute a minimum of 5% deposit to qualify. Gleeson’s contribution will be agreed upon reservation, with the maximum value of this offer being £1,500. This offer will be provided in the form of a voucher to be used towards options and extras.
