What is the First-time Buyer Assist scheme?
We recognise that getting onto the property ladder can be a bit daunting; especially with the cost of living increasing. That's why, when purchasing a first home with Gleeson, all first-time buyers are provided with free flooring throughout their new homes.
How do I register my interest?
Register your interest via our online form and quote "first-time buyer" in the message box. Our team will then make sure you are added to the ‘First-time Buyer Assist’ list to help you with the purchase of your first home.
Includes carpet throughout from our Signature range, and cushion flooring to all wet areas from our standard range. Can be upgraded at a cost subject to build stage. Applies to homes reserved after 6 April 2023. Gleeson reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time. No cash alternative.
