What is the First-time Buyer Assist scheme?
We recognise that getting onto the property ladder can be a daunting process, especially with the increased cost of living. That's why, when purchasing a first home with Gleeson, all first-time buyers are provided with free flooring throughout their new home, including a choice of carpets, floor tiles and vinyl.
How does the First-time Buyer Assist scheme work?
First-time Buyer Assist is designed to give first-time buyers extra support as they take their first steps onto the property ladder.
To get started, simply browse our website to explore our range of new-build homes for sale in your preferred location.
Once you’ve found a home that feels right for you, contact our Sales Executive to arrange an appointment and mention that you’re interested in the First-time Buyer Assist scheme.
Our Sales Executive will confirm whether the scheme is available at your chosen new build development and talk you through the eligibility requirements.
How do I register my interest for First-time buyer Assist?
Register your interest via our online form and quote "first-time buyer" in the message box. Our team will then make sure you are added to the ‘First-time Buyer Assist’ list and help you with the purchase of your first home.
First-time Buyer Assist FAQs
When purchasing a first home with Gleeson, all first-time buyers are provided with free flooring throughout their new Gleeson home. Subject to the build schedule of the home you are reserving, purchasers can choose from our standard range of flooring options, this includes carpets, floor tiles and vinyl.
The First-time Buyer Assist scheme is applicable across selected Gleeson developments. To find out where this scheme applies, contact our Sales Executive at your preferred development.
The First-time Buyer Assist scheme is only available for first-time buyers, and you will need to provide suitable evidence of this when applying for it. If purchasing with a partner, only one of the purchasers needs to be a first-time buyer to be eligible for the scheme.
The deposit required to purchase your new home will depend on both the lender and the specific development. In most cases, you will need to provide a minimum deposit of 10%. For more information, please speak to your Gleeson Sales Executive.
While we want to make homeownership as accessible as possible, our First-time Buyer Assist scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other schemes and incentives unless specifically authorised by Gleeson.
