Rhianon Hancox named in Top 30 Under 30 South Yorkshire 2026

South Yorkshire Top 30 Under 30 has today announced this year’s cohort of rising stars - thirty exceptional young professionals recognised for their talent, drive and leadership potential across the region. Now in its second year, the programme is designed to accelerate the development of future leaders, equipping them with enhanced skills and ongoing professional growth.
As part of the year‑long experience, Rhianon will have the opportunity to take part in the Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme (LEAP), a structured development journey that empowers participants to become effective, confident and impactful leaders. It also offers businesses a valuable opportunity to celebrate and invest in their emerging talent.
2026 has seen several large organisations put their talent forward for selection, including Keepmoat, Rotabroach, Premier Foods, Insight and Strata.
Rhianon joined Gleeson in 2022 as BIM Manager, and she quickly made a strong and lasting impression. From the very beginning, she has approached every day with enthusiasm, passion, and a genuine drive to make a difference. Her proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement have helped strengthen the way BIM is used within the organisation. Consistently looking for ways to support her colleagues and the wider business, she is a true rising star in the business. Rhianon is so hardworking; this can be seen in everything she does, and is something that has been noticed throughout the company.
