Gleeson South & West Yorkshire relocates to new Leeds office
Housebuilder Gleeson Homes has confirmed the move of its South and West Yorkshire regional team from Sheffield to a fully refurbished office in Leeds, a move that represents a significant step in delivering the region’s long-term growth ambitions.
The new 4,327 sq. ft office, located just 10 minutes from Leeds city centre, places Gleeson at the heart of the South and West Yorkshire region. The move strengthens the company’s connection to the communities it serves and positions the team closer to key strategic partners across the region.
The South and West Yorkshire region forms a key function for the business, with over 10 live developments currently underway and more due to launch soon, fuelled by a strong pipeline of new land opportunities. From first‑time buyers to growing families, Gleeson continues to deliver high‑quality, affordable homes across the region’s towns and cities.
The regional team, covering both South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire, is forecasted to deliver approximately 500 homes this year and with the expansion supported by the new office, is projected to continue building on this to help the Group achieve its medium-term growth ambition of building 3,000 homes per annum.
To mark the milestone, Gleeson welcomed suppliers and partners from across its network on Thursday 5 March 2026 to unveil the new office and Leeds location. Attendees included interior design partners, signage suppliers, solicitors, local contractors and land agents from across the region.
