Gleeson Homes strengthens marketing team with key senior hires to drive engagement

Gleeson Homes, the leading affordable high-quality housebuilder, is pleased to announce two senior promotions within its marketing team, to deliver its market-leading tailored and data-led initiatives and enhance its continued focus on driving sales to first-time buyers and other target customer demographics.

Kat Keshmiri and Charlotte Burkinshaw have been appointed to new leadership roles as the team expands to meet the growing demands of the business and seeks to capitalise on the housebuilding recovery.

Having joined Gleeson Homes in 2018, Kat Keshmiri has been promoted to Digital Marketing Manager, where she will be responsible for overseeing the continued development and delivery of the Company’s digital communications strategy. Prior to Gleeson, Kat held roles with commercial carpet manufacturer, Heckmondwike and door manufacturer, Premdor. Kat joined Gleeson Homes as a divisional marketing lead, latterly holding the position of National Marketing Manager, bringing a deep understanding of the business and what works well with prospective customers.

Succeeding Kat, Charlotte Burkinshaw has been appointed as National Marketing Manager. Charlotte previously worked for Keepmoat Homes for over 8 years, before joining Gleeson Homes as the divisional marketing lead for the Central Division. Charlotte has managed a number of successful regional marketing initiatives including overseeing sponsorship in Barnsley and leading a number of community matters initiatives, as well as promoting all developments of the Central region.  In her new position, Charlotte will lead a team of regional marketing coordinators, driving the execution of Gleeson’s tailored local marketing strategies, while ensuring impactful results at an attractive return on investment.

Kat and Charlotte’s appointments form a key component of enhancing Gleeson Homes’ senior marketing team, ensuring maximum visibility with a broad range of customer demographics and enabling its sales teams to drive completions in anticipation of a recovery in housebuilding activity.
