Gleeson Homes partner with Lloyds Living to deliver PRS schemes as part of three mixed-tenure developments
Gleeson Homes is delighted to announce its collaboration with Lloyds Living to deliver high-quality homes at three Gleeson developments in the North of England.
The deals combined will deliver 170 much-needed rental homes, reflecting both companies’ shared commitment to sustainability in housebuilding across three Gleeson developments in Knottingley, Wakefield; Chopwell, County Durham; and Goldthorpe, Barnsley.
Lloyds Living have extensive experience in providing professionally managed, modern rental homes in desirable locations, offering residents high-quality, sustainable, and stress-free living.
Gleeson’s commitment to building energy-efficient homes ensures that every property is designed with long-term affordability and environmental impact in mind. Most of the homes will feature Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) technology as standard, reducing energy bills for residents and significantly lowering carbon emissions.
Construction works across each site are currently in progress, with phased delivery expected between 2025 and 2027.
