Gleeson Homes hosts Charlie Dewhirst MP at Pinfold Park II
Gleeson Homes, the affordable and high-quality housebuilder, was pleased to host Charlie Dewhirst MP at its Pinfold Park II development on Friday 3 October 2025.
Pinfold Park II, Gleeson’s latest development in Bridlington, is bringing an additional 151 much-needed homes to the area. During his visit, Mr Dewhirst enjoyed a tour of Gleeson’s recently launched show homes, including the 2-bedroom Cork, the 3-bedroom Keady the 4-bedroom Longford. He was also taken on a tour around the site to see the homes being built, allowing Gleeson to demonstrate the importance of quality, affordable housing, and how this can transform communities.
Also in attendance were members of Gleeson’s East Yorkshire team, including Frazer Thompson, Regional Managing Director, Ged Collingwood, Land Director, Gary Aspinall, Construction Director and Bethany Marshall, Sales Manager.
Charlie Dewhirst MP and the team discussed the importance of making homeownership more accessible, particularly for first-time buyers. Gleeson is proud to be supporting this mission, with over 60% of purchasers at Pinfold Park II being first-time buyers to date.
Charlie’s constituency area presents an important location for Gleeson, with a further development in Bridlington due to commence build in early 2026, and its previous Pinfold Park development, now a complete and thriving community. Nearby, Gleeson is also developing a further 195 homes in total at its Mariners View development in Hornsea.
