Gleeson appoints new Operations Director for Tees Valley
Gleeson has appointed Dan Levington as Operations Director for the Tees Valley region.
In his new role Dan will be responsible for the overall delivery of the business plan for Tees Valley, ensuring a safe environment to build affordable, quality homes for people who need them the most.
Dan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the house building industry; he began his career as a bricklayer and soon became an Assistant Site Manager at Taylor Wimpey. Dan quickly progressed to Site Manager, winning an NHBC award in 2013 for a development called the Headway at Hartlepool.
After working at Barratt Homes as Contracts Manager in the North East, Dan then became the Construction Director at Gentoo Homes in 2018, looking after the sales and customer care teams to improve quality and experience.
On his appointment Dan commented:
