How Deposit Contribution works
1. Find your home
Check if our deposit contribution scheme is applicable to the plot or new build development you’re interested in.
2. Book an appointment: Schedule an appointment with your Gleeson Sales Executive at your preferred development. During this meeting, we can share more details about how the scheme works and answer any questions you have.
3. Mortgage advisor: In addition to speaking with our sales team, we encourage consulting with an independent financial or mortgage advisor. They can help you find the best rates and ensure you're well-prepared to purchase your desired home.
4. Reservation: When you find a qualifying home and have agreed on a sale, you can proceed with the application and reservation agreement. Don’t forget to mention you are using the deposit contribution.
5. Approval and Completion: Once approved, the contribution amount (up to 5%) will be deducted from the final completion statement. Now it’s time to relax and enjoy the journey!
Example
Imagine you're interested in a home priced at £200,000. With our deposit contribution of 5%, you could receive up to £10,000 towards your deposit. This not only shortens the time it takes to save but also leaves you with extra funds to furnish your new home.
