Gleeson Site Manager honoured with Seal of Excellence award at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2024
Site Manager at Gleeson’s Rhodes Point development, Paul Jackson, was honoured with a Seal of Excellence Award at the 2024 Pride in the Job Awards ceremony – the first in Gleeson’s history.
This year, Gleeson was proud to congratulate Paul Jackson and Richard Carr for their outstanding commitment and recognition at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2024. After winning an NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award, Paul was honoured with a Seal of Excellence at the ceremony, demonstrating his commitment to delivering excellence for our customers, every time.
Colleagues from across the business attended the North East Pride in the Job event that took place on Friday 11th October at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, where individuals from across the industry were commemorated for their outstanding contributions and achievements.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are the pinnacle of house building, with over 800 site managers assessed each year. The assessment covers six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawing and specifications, technical expertise and health and safety. Winning site managers demonstrate incredible dedication, passion, commitment and leadership to produce homes of exceptional quality.
This recognition is testament to Paul and Richard’s unwavering commitment to quality within the house building industry and has inspired colleagues from across all regions to continue striving for excellence in everything they deliver.
