“This is the fifth new build I have bought in my lifetime, and it has without a doubt been the best experience. I have previously bought from both national well-known developers as well as local developers, but Gleeson has come out on top when it comes to the location, value for money and the quality of fixtures and fittings.
“My previous home was a large 4 bedroomed town house, over three floors with large rooms more suited to a family (I had three teenagers living with me at the time of purchase in 2010) but I came to the realisation that I didn’t need all the space, so started looking for a smaller home that better suited my needs and lifestyle. After visiting the Hays Park development, I instantly loved the location and the position of the plot. I also can’t fault the support I received from the sales team. From the moment I first enquired, through to moving in, the team were helpful and very professional, going above and beyond.
“I have only been in my new home for a few months, but I have found it is more energy efficient than my previous properties. I am no longer scared to put the heating on, and it has been noticeably cheaper to run than the house I sold.
“My quality of life is so much better since moving into my new Gleeson home. My commute to work is less stressful than before, the location has made life significantly easier in terms of shopping, and access to travel links. The train station is only 10 minutes away, with a direct train to Kings Cross London, which is brilliant for when I want to visit my daughter who lives in Southwest London.
