“This is the fifth new build I have bought in my lifetime, and it has without a doubt been the best experience. “My previous home was a large 4 bedroomed town house, over three floors with large rooms more suited to a family (I had three teenagers living with me at the time of purchase in 2010) but I came to the realisation that I didn’t need all the space, so started looking for a smaller home that better suited my needs and lifestyle. After visiting the Hays Park development, I instantly loved the location and the position of the plot. I also can’t fault the support I received from the sales team. From the moment I first enquired, through to moving in, the team were helpful and very professional, going above and beyond. 


“I have only been in my new home for a few months, but I have found it is more energy efficient than my previous properties. I am no longer scared to put the heating on, and it has been noticeably cheaper to run than the house I sold.
